Job Description:
Job Overview:This position is responsible for managing the full spectrum of import documentation and customs clearance processes with utmost accuracy and efficiency. Candidate should have 3-5 years’ experience and well conversant with E-Annex/i-Caffe or other EDI Software with proficiency and well versed in Customs Tariff – CTH & Notifications, Single Window -Info/Statement through EDI System and resolve in-depth Query/Compliances in a methodical manner independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure 100% accuracy and efficiency in handling all import customs clearance documentation.
• Coordinate with consignees to facilitate timely duty payments and manage post-clearance formalities.
• Work closely with the Operations team to ensure smooth and efficient processing of import shipments.
• Take charge of urgent documentation tasks, ensuring all files are updated and accurately always maintained.
• Update data in i-Caffe/E-aanex and ensure accurate BOE (Bill of Entry) filing with no discrepancies.
• Collaborate with the payable team to facilitate timely payments for Delivery Orders (DO) and shipping line payments.
• Ensure all documentation is properly filed and in compliance with regulations, with regular updates to filing systems

Experience: Minimum 5+ years.
