Sr Executive - Customer Service

This role involves executing customer contracts and working internally and externally to enhance customer satisfaction through effective contract delivery, thereby promoting revenue generation and profitability. You will be responsible for providing seamless customer support to financial institutions in alignment with organizational objectives, ensuring operational excellence in end-to-end order processing, and maintaining smooth coordination among internal teams, regulators/schemes, and customers. Additionally, you will handle incoming correspondence from customers proactively to ensure timely resolution and prevent escalations. Your responsibilities will include maintaining a positive and professional attitude towards customers, responding promptly to inquiries, addressing and resolving customer complaints, processing orders and requests, providing information on deliveries, and keeping records of interactions and transactions. It will also involve identifying customer needs, building relationships with customer accounts through effective communication, and providing feedback on the efficiency of customer service processes.
