Sr. Executive / Asst. Manager - Store

Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management :

• Monitor stock levels and reorder points to ensure timely replenishment of material.
• Conduct regular stock audits to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to optimize inventory levels.

• Storage and Handling:

• Ensure compliance with Company storage and handling standards.
• Implement proper storage conditions for various materials.
• Monitor temperature and humidity controls in storage areas.
• Enforce safety measures for the handling of sensitive material

• Quality Assurance:

• Collaborate with quality teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Implement and maintain Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.
• Participate in internal and external audits related to store operations.

• Team Management:

• Supervise and lead the store team, providing guidance and support.
• Conduct regular training sessions for store staff on safety, compliance, and standard operating procedures.
• Ensure effective communication within the store team and other relevant departments.

• Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and movements in the store.
• Generate regular reports on inventory levels, order fulfilment, and other relevant metrics.
• Provide management with insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in pharmaceutical store management.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and quality standards.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and quality standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in using inventory management software.
• Software : SAP knowledge in must.
