Sr Executive Accounts

As an Inventory Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in overseeing stock levels, managing inward and outward inventory flows, and ensuring data accuracy across warehouses or retail locations. Your proficiency in Marg ERP software and hands-on experience in managing inventory operations in a fast-paced environment will be invaluable for the successful execution of your responsibilities. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing and monitoring daily stock movements such as receipts, issues, transfers, returns, and adjustments - Maintaining accurate stock records using Marg ERP - Conducting regular stock reconciliations and cycle counts - Creating teams for procurement and sales and effectively managing Marg ERP users - Coordinating with procurement and sales teams to maintain optimal inventory levels - Generating and analyzing inventory reports to facilitate decision-making - Identifying slow-moving and obsolete stock and proposing clearance strategies - Ensuring compliance with inventory processes and company policies - Providing training to staff on Marg ERP usage and best practices for inventory handling - Accurately handling vendor GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes) and supplier returns To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - A Commerce graduate with 5-7 years of experience in inventory management - Essential knowledge of Marg ERP software - Prior experience in Art/Craft/Stationery supply is essential Join us in our mission to efficiently manage inventory operations and contribute to the success of our company.,
