Job Description

As a Sr. ERP Sales Manager, you will be one of the driving forces behind expanding our ERP business footprints and building lasting partnerships with clients. We are looking for a go-getter who combines strategic thinking with hands-on sales expertise someone who understands how technology transforms businesses. In this role, you'll take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from identifying opportunities to closing deals, while crafting tailored ERP solutions that truly make an impact. If you're passionate about turning conversations into conversions and targets into achievements, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve ERP product sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Conduct product presentations and software demos for potential clients.
  • Understand client requirements and align ERP solutions to meet business needs.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and Request for Proposal responses.
  • Coordinate with pre-sales, technical, and implementation teams to ensure successful project handover.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide regular forecasting and performance reports.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships for repeat and referral business.
  • Stay updated on ERP market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and seminars.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of ERP systems
  • Proven track record in B2B sales or enterprise software sales.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand complex business processes and map them to ERP solutions.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented approach.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
