Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Prepare project schedules using MS Project, ensuring accurate forecasting and planning.
Monitor progress against schedule, identifying deviations and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Develop resource allocation plans to optimize utilization of resources across projects.
Create construction schedules for individual projects, considering factors like weather conditions, labour availability, and material requirements.
Provide regular updates on project status reports to stakeholders.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Assist in budgeting and resource allocation decisions.
Develop planning and reporting systems and monitor to ensure its proper implementation.
