Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets from multiple sources.
• Design and development of predictive models and machine learning algorithms to solve business problems.
• Perform exploration data analysis and generate actionable insights.
• Design and implement data pipelines for efficient data processing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Communicate findings through clear visualizations, dashboards, and executive reports.
• Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI/ML and guide adoption of best practices.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 8–10 years in data science, analytics, or related roles.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and data manipulation.
• Solid understanding of statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, and machine learning techniques.
• Familiarity with big data tools (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) and Azure cloud platforms is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
• Good to have Knowledge of product development processes.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in deploying ML models into production environments.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools Power BI.
• Proven track record of delivering enterprise-level AI/ML solutions.
• Strong communication skills to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
