Purpose of the Role :

Are you ready to take charge of one of the most critical assets in our plant? As a Senior Engineer -Electrical Maintenance, you will play a key role in ensuring the peak performance, reliability and safety of all electrical systems. From preventive and predictive maintenance to swift troubleshooting, your expertise will be vital in driving 100% uptime and strict adherence to the highest operational and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute and supervise all electrical maintenance activities through the SAP PM module, ensuring adherence to maintenance schedules.
• Monitor LLF implementation across OT substations and key equipment - ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with OEMs and vendors for swift resolution of any technical abnormalities.
• Identify, codify and initiate procurement for spare parts - keeping inventory aligned with operational needs.
• Ensure end-to-end implementation of Integrated Management Systems (IMS): SOPs, SMPs, HIRA, MOC, JHA and environmental/occupational targets.
• Leverage the Meridian module to monitor and improve performance of critical electrical assets.
• Generate accurate and timely reports: DPRs, MPRs and energy reports, supporting data-driven decisions.

Performance Metrics & Targets:

• 100% AMC and OEM contract mobilization within timelines.

• Complete closure of all SAP PM jobs and RCA recommendations.

• Consistent execution of MOC and RCAs with minimal supervisor rework.

• Compliance with power system reliability targets and statutory regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering

• Certifications: Valid 33KV Electrical Supervisor Competency Certificate

• Experience: 6–10 years in electrical maintenance with working knowledge of:

• SAP PM module

• Electrical codes and statutory standards

• Emergency preparedness and HSE compliance
