Sr. Engineer – Electrical & ELVS

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sr. Engineer in the Electrical Department. The ideal candidate must be an Electrical Engineer with good understanding in Designing of Electrical systems. Also, the candidate must have good grasping skills and should be comfortable working as a team. We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the design, coordination, and delivery of complex electrical engineering projects. You will be responsible for providing technical leadership, mentoring junior staff, managing client relationships, and ensuring successful project outcomes from concept through construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, security, and communication systems.
• Conduction of client meetings to gather project-related inputs and to understand the detailed scope of the project.
• Preparation of Electrical Design Basis Reports.
• Electrical related Basic Engineering work includes
• Creating Electrical load summary
• Transformer and DG sizing
• HT side calculations
• LT side calculations
• ELVS System design ( CCTV,LAN, Access control, Door interlocking, PA,FAS)
• Cable sizing and schedule
• Light lux level calculation
• Cable tray Routing
• Technical specification preparation
• Coordination with internal departments to ensure the utility requirements are communicated and accounted for.
• Close coordination with draftsmen to ensure timely completion of project deliverables.
• Preparation of Electrical and ELVS BOQ and Tender related documents.
• Vendor drawing approval
• Releasing GFC drawing by coordinating with other services
• Preparation of technical and commercial comparison of bids submitted by vendors against the floated Tender Documents.

Qualifications

• BE – Electrical Engineer

Experience

• 6-8 Years of experience in Electrical Design
• Previous experience in Pharmaceutical Engineering Design Consultancy is preferred.
