ASST. MANAGER - PROJECTS

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as Asst. Manager in the Project Department. The ideal candidate must be a Mechanical / Chemical  Engineer with a good understanding in Project management in Pharmaceutical sector. Also, the candidate must have good grasping skills and should be comfortable working as a team.

Responsibilities:

·      Conduction of client meetings to gather project-related inputs and to understand the detailed scope of the project.

·      Coordination withing the team and get the work done.

·      Single point contact for the client communication

·      Understanding of GMP requirement for the projects.

·      Understanding of the basics of HVAC, Mechanical and Electricals  

·      Process capacity calculations considering the client inputs like PFD, Volumes etc

·      Process equipment selection, vendor co-ordination for design inputs

·      Developing the Facility layout

·      Developing Plot plans

·      Developing Men material and HVAC Basic layouts

·      Creating Room book

·      Creating Project schedule in MSP and tracking the same

·      Creating project reports

·      Tracking project change controls

·      Coordination with internal departments to get the project deliverables.

·      Vendor coordination and do the TBA CBA.

Qualifications:

·      BE - Mechanical / Chemical Engineer

Experience:

·      6-8 Years of experience in Project Management

·      Previous experience in Pharmaceutical Engineering Design Consultancy is preferred.
