- Experience : 8+ Yrs
- Location of Job : Asangaon
- Key Skills Required:
  Develop and review 3D models and manufacturing drawings for complex assemblies. Expert in SolidWorks (modeling, drafting, sheet metal, weldments). Strong knowledge of GDT and manufacturing processes. Proficiency in SolidWorks automation (VBA, API, macros). Leadership and project management skills.
Job Profile :
Lead a team of SolidWorks designers and drafters.
Develop and review 3D models and manufacturing drawings for complex assemblies. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices. Drive automation initiatives using SolidWorks API, macros, and custom scripts. Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives. Mentor and train junior team members.
