Position :- Sr Engineer / Asst Manager - QA- IATF

Major Job Responsibilities :-

To lead and manage quality assurance processes, systems, and teams in the manufacturing of bus air-conditioning systems, ensuring adherence to customer requirements, regulatory standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Mandatory Skills:-

* Quality Management System (QMS):

Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, and other applicable standards. Support audits (internal/external) and lead corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).Maintain process documentation including SOPs, Work Instructions, and Control Plans. Drawing study knowledge

* Process Quality:

Monitor in-process inspection and testing at various stages (assembly, brazing, pressure testing, etc.).

• Conduct root cause analysis for in-process rejections and implement corrective actions.
• Support PFMEA reviews and improvements with cross-functional teams.

* Supplier Quality:

• Coordinate with suppliers for component quality improvement.
• Lead incoming inspection activities and supplier audits.
• Evaluate and manage supplier performance metrics.

* Customer Quality:

• Address customer complaints and warranty issues through 8D/Why-Why analysis.
• Liaise with OEMs/bus manufacturers for resolution and communication.
• Drive improvements to reduce field failures and warranty cost.

Other Specifications:-

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, especially automotive A/C for buses.

Expertise in QA tools: 7 QC Tools, APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, etc.

Proficient in root cause analysis and problem-solving.

Good communication and team coordination skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
