Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Engineering Contracts professional at Ground Holding Realtors Private Limited, located in Maharashtra, India. Responsibilities include overseeing and managing contracts related to engineering and construction projects, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and aiding in the procurement process. The role also involves negotiating terms, evaluating project specifications, coordinating with legal and engineering teams, and ensuring all projects operate within budgetary constraints and timelines.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in contract management, procurement, and tendering processes.
• Ability to conduct detailed legal and technical evaluations, interpret contract terms, and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Proficiency in project management, cost estimation, and coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with contractors, clients, and regulatory bodies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is required.
• Previous experience in the real estate or construction industry is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in productivity and project management tools is a plus.
