Job Description

Be part of a team assessing and driving achievement of program specific performance and objectives within Honeywell[SBG / Business]. You will contribute to product strategies, technology roadmaps and improvements in engineering quality and productivity. You will lead and manage a group of talented professionals who provide deep expertise to facilitate the success projects and programs. Key Responsibilities Prepare and complete action plans Customer-service standards completing audits Determine system improvement identifying trends Addresses barriers YOU MUST HAVE Bachelor s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics WE VALUE Some experience in engineering Understand of business objectives and more importantly the ability to interact with our customers Persuade to influence other to accept new concepts, practices, and approaches Business acumen - knowledge of current and emerging practices, methods, and information relating to discipline and application within the industry Ability toconveysubtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience. Can quickly analyze, incorporate and apply new information and concepts.
