Job Description

As an Education Counsellor based in D Mall, Rohini West, New Delhi, you will be responsible for the following: Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to prospective customers in order to pitch products/services effectively. - Convert given leads into potential sales opportunities through phone calls. - Conduct product demonstrations to effectively showcase the features and benefits to potential customers. - Upsell and cross-sell various products/services to existing customers. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business. - Achieve and exceed the set monthly/quarterly sales targets. - Handle customer queries and concerns in a professional and efficient manner. - Keep the CRM system updated with customer interactions and sales progress. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in Edtech sales. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills. - Strong product knowledge or the ability to learn quickly. - Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
