As a Sr. Domestic IT Recruiter with 2 to 4 years of experience, your role will involve sourcing, screening, and submitting candidates for Contract to Hire (C2H) positions within the Domestic IT sector. You will be located in Hyderabad and responsible for delivering high-quality service to clients. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a talent pipeline using various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, and creative sourcing techniques. - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions. - Stay updated on the latest recruitment trends, tools, and technologies. - Work closely with employers to comprehend key position requirements. - Evaluate and shortlist potential candidates based on IT skills and client needs. - Conduct specialized screening of IT experts to assess their competency. - Facilitate interviews between employers and potential candidates. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in IT recruitment. - Excellent communication skills and negotiation abilities. - Proficiency in sourcing candidates through different channels. - Understanding of IT industry requirements and trends.
