As a Sr.Domestic IT Recruiter with a minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience, your primary responsibility will be sourcing, screening, and submitting candidates for Contract To Hire (C2H) positions within the Domestic IT sector. Located in Hitec City, Madhapur, Hyderabad, this full-time, on-site role requires you to deliver high-quality service to clients by identifying potential candidates who are competent and equipped to meet their technological requirements. Your duties will include developing and implementing a talent pipeline to recruit a diverse pool of candidates. You must possess excellent communication skills and negotiation abilities, along with proven experience in sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards and social media. Collaborating with hiring managers, you will understand their needs, create job descriptions, and ensure the candidates have the necessary IT skills. As an IT recruiter, staying updated on the latest recruitment trends, tools, and technologies is essential. You will work closely with employers to grasp the key requirements for each position, filter candidates, and assess their IT expertise. Conducting specialized screenings to evaluate competency and coordinating interviews between employers and potential candidates will also be part of your role.
