Location: Adampur, Punjab (Hybrid after initial training period) or Remote for the right candidate

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Digital Marketing Executive to join our in-house team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience working in a digital marketing agency, handling multiple client portfolios, and leading projects to successful outcomes. This is a hybrid role that requires an initial 3 months of on-site training at our Adampur office, after which the position may transition to a flexible hybrid model.

As a Senior Digital Marketing Executive, you will take on a pivotal role, managing a digital marketing team, creating impactful content, optimizing PPC campaigns, improving SEO performance, and designing websites. Your ability to communicate effectively with clients, both locally and internationally, and lead cross-functional teams will be key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership & Client Communication:
  • Lead and mentor a dynamic team of digital marketers.
  • Host client meetings to understand their goals, review campaign performance, and recommend improvements.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple client projects across various industries.
  • Content Creation & Strategy:
  • Develop creative content strategies for social media, websites, and ad campaigns.
  • Collaborate with designers to produce high-quality visuals, videos, and graphics.
  • Write compelling ad copies, blog posts, and website content tailored to client needs.
  • PPC Advertising & Campaign Optimization:
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, YouTube, Meta, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance to maximize ROI and deliver measurable results.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings.
  • Optimize both on-page and off-page SEO factors, including meta tags, content, and backlinks.
  • Monitor and report on website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
  • Website Design & Development:
  • Design and develop responsive websites and e-commerce stores (WordPress, Wix, Shopify, Magento).
  • Ensure mobile optimization and usability across all devices.
  • Implement SEO best practices during the website development process.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in a digital marketing agency.
  • Experience managing PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, website design/development, and CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Magento).
  • Prior experience working with international clients is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.

Additional Information:

  • This role requires an initial 3–5 months of on-site training at our office in Adampur, Punjab. Afterward, the position may transition into a hybrid model, allowing flexibility to work remotely with occasional office visits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year

  • Are you willing to work in a hybrid setup, starting with an on-site requirement for 3-5 months, followed by remote work with occasional office visits?
