Sr. Data Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst who can bridge business needs, technology solutions & structured transformation initiatives.

Experience : – 10+ years

Work Mode : Hybrid (2 - WFO , 3 - WFH)

Contract Positions: 12 months and rolling

What You Will Do

· Work closely with stakeholders to elicit, analyze and validate requirements

· Map current state → target future state business processes

· Document clear, structured BA artefacts that drive solution clarity

· Support end-to-end delivery including test planning & UAT execution

· Translate business needs into requirements with strong analytical techniques

· Identify program risks, issues and manage expectations throughout project lifecycle

· Drive continuous improvements across business, tools & delivery practices

What You Need To Bring

· Experience working as a Business Analyst in Data/Tech/Transformation projects

· Strong exposure to Agile + Traditional methodologies

· Hands-on experience with process mapping (Signavio highly preferred)

· Strong skills in data analysis, data modelling & data driven decisioning

· Ability to work autonomously in complex problem environments

· Excellent communication, stakeholder handling & documentation skills

· Banking Domain Experience is highly preferred.

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
