Sr. CRM Executive / CRM Manager - REAL ESTATE

You are needed for the position of Executive /Sr. Executive/AM/ Manager CRM at Sikka Group to oversee the complete customer relationship journey, encompassing after-sales relationships, accurate documentation, collections, and resolution of customer issues. Your key responsibilities will include: - Ensuring timely closure of agreements for buyers and sellers and managing the entire documentation process until the registry is completed - Coordinating with bankers, channel partners, internal teams, and other departments - Devising strategies to meet and exceed collection/Backend targets - Monitoring and addressing grievances and escalations from customers - Providing timely, accurate, and satisfactory solutions to customer queries To qualify for this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - A bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience - Proven track record in customer relationship management, specifically in the real estate sector, focusing on post-sales activities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport and trust with customers - Strong problem-solving abilities to address customer inquiries and concerns effectively - Familiarity with CRM software and tools - Results-oriented mindset with a customer-centric approach Please note that candidates from a Real Estate background are preferred for this position.
