Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Strategy and Ideation:
Develop creative content strategies aligned with client goals, target audience, and brand voice.
Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to brainstorm innovative content ideas for campaigns.
2. Copywriting for Various Digital Platforms:
Write engaging, clear, and persuasive copy for various digital channels, including:
Social media posts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
PPC and paid ad copy
Product descriptions and promotional material
3. Content Quality Assurance;
Edit and proofread copy for grammar, style, and adherence to brand guidelines.
Conduct regular content audits to ensure consistency and quality across all channels.
4. Audience Research and Insights;
Conduct audience and competitor research to tailor content effectively.
Use insights from analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to refine content strategies and increase engagement.
5. Campaign Performance Monitoring and Optimization;
Track the performance of content and campaigns to measure success and ROI.
Use data insights to optimize ongoing and future campaigns, adjusting tone, style, and approach based on performance.
6. Brand Voice and Messaging;
Maintain and evolve the brand’s voice and tone, ensuring a consistent brand narrative across all content.
Work with brand guidelines to create messaging that resonates with the target audience and meets strategic goals.
7. Collaboration and Cross-functional Coordination;
Work closely with digital marketing strategists, designers, and other team members to produce cohesive campaigns.
Actively contribute to content planning meetings and brainstorming sessions.
8. Trend Awareness and Industry Knowledge;
Stay updated on digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to keep content fresh and competitive.
Experiment with new content formats and techniques to keep audiences engaged.
9. Client Interaction and Presentation;
Present content ideas and campaign concepts to clients, gathering feedback and adjusting as needed.
Take ownership of client feedback to ensure content aligns with the client’s goals and preferences.
10. Mentoring and Guiding Junior Copywriters;
Provide guidance, feedback, and support to junior copywriters.
Help establish best practices within the team and contribute to knowledge-sharing sessions.
