Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Consultant with 8 to 10 years of experience in Property & Casualty Insurance for a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will leverage their domain expertise to drive impactful solutions ensuring alignment with business objectives. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and deliver value-driven outcomes.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize Property & Casualty Insurance processes.
Analyze existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
Provide expert guidance on industry best practices and emerging trends in Property & Casualty Insurance.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and drive consensus among stakeholders.
Design and document detailed business requirements and functional specifications.
Oversee the implementation of solutions ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders highlighting key achievements and challenges.
Conduct thorough testing and validation of solutions to ensure quality and effectiveness.
Mentor and support junior team members fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions across the organization.
Evaluate the impact of implemented solutions and recommend further enhancements as needed.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

Possess a strong understanding of Property & Casualty Insurance domain.
Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exhibit proficiency in developing and implementing business strategies.
Show experience in conducting workshops and facilitating stakeholder meetings.
Have a proven track record of successful project delivery in a consulting environment.
Display strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Be adept at working in a hybrid work model balancing remote and in-office responsibilities.
