Sr. Civil Engineer

Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing, planning, and executing civil construction projects, ensuring timely completion with the highest quality standards. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with stakeholders, consultants, and site teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, supervise, and manage day-to-day civil engineering activities at project sites.
• Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards on-site.
• Monitor project progress, control costs, and ensure timely completion within budget.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and consultants for smooth execution.
• Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.
• Prepare and review project reports, BOQs, and work schedules.
• Resolve technical issues, design conflicts, and site execution challenges.
• Maintain proper documentation of work progress, material consumption, and manpower utilization.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and address project requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering (M.E/M.Tech preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 8–12 years in civil construction (preferably in building, infrastructure, or industrial projects).
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering standards, codes, and practices.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and other construction software.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and project management skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and handle pressure.

Pay: ₹35,548.14 - ₹45,153.53 per month
