Job Title: Senior Civil Engineer

Location: Mirzapur

Responsibilities:

• Utilize AutoCAD software to create and modify detailed engineering designs and drawings.
• Prepare and manage BOQ (Bill of Quantities) for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct precise measurements and assessments of sites and structures.
• Handle project billing and invoicing, ensuring adherence to contract terms and financial management protocols.
• Coordinate with on-site engineers to gather daily updates on project status and plans for the next phases.
• Provide technical guidance and support to on-site engineers, resolving technical issues as they arise.
• Monitor project progress, conduct site inspections, and ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare regular progress reports, documentation, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Mentor and supervise junior engineers and technical staff, fostering their professional development.
• Stay updated on industry trends, developments, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Proven experience as a Civil Engineer with a minimum of 10 years in a senior role, particularly in government projects.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software applications.
• Extensive knowledge of BOQ preparation, measurements, billing processes, and project management principles.
• Experience in coordinating with on-site engineers to monitor daily progress and future plans.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and team members.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

Important Skills for this position- Autocad, BOQ Preparation,Measurement and Billing
