Job Title

  • Senior Civil Engineer 10+ Years
  • Experience: Jr Civil engineer 5-6 Years

Education

 

Key Responsibilities

Yard Housekeeping Management

  • Supervise daily yard cleaning and upkeep.
  • Ensure compliance with housekeeping and safety standards.
  • Coordinate waste disposal and cleanliness across operational zones.
  • Conduct routine inspections for hazards or maintenance needs.

Bulker Washing Station Management

  • Oversee bulker washing station operations.
  • Schedule washing activities to minimize downtime.
  • Monitor water/chemical usage for efficiency and compliance.
  • Ensure equipment is maintained and serviced.

Bulker Painting Management

  • Plan and coordinate bulker painting schedules.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety norms.
  • Manage paint inventory and supplies.
  • Supervise painting crew for timely completion.

Canteen Management

  • Oversee daily canteen operations for hygiene and timely service.
  • Coordinate with catering staff/vendors for food quality.
  • Address staff feedback/complaints on services.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards.

General Yard Support & Miscellaneous Works

  • Coordinate yard maintenance and minor repair works.
  • Allocate resources for temporary/ad-hoc tasks.
  • Liaise with vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Support logistics with vehicle movement and space allocation when required.

 

Additional Qualifications

  • Strong background in yard management / civil operations.
  • Ability to lead teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with safety, compliance, and quality standards.
