We are looking for Proposals Manager for our Noida Office. About the Job Preparation of techno-commercial proposal (Modularization, Fabrication, Construction Engineering) in line with the identified win strategy and value proposition, inline with the Customers requirements. Managing the preparation of the technical content, including project execution methodology, Modular scheduling, planning, Modular construction engineering, preparation of rigging plan, schedule etc. Engagement with T.ENs Management, discipline engineers, HODs, Yard personnel to establish and manage the Modularization / Fabrication proposals, proposal strategy and approval stage Gates. Ready to take challenges for various kinds of Modularization / Fabrication proposals for Customers in India and of International. Challenging the team on techno-commercial aspects to make most competitive offer. Commitment to health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures. Prioritize and organize own work to meet deadlines. About Candidate: BE/B.Tech( Mechanical) with 10+ years of experience in various kinds of Modularisation/Fabrication proposals/project execution (in industries like Refineries, Petrochemicals, Chemicals, Oil & Gas sectors etc.). Proposal experience is mandatory . Personal drive to identify, analyze and propose solutions to problems in a constructive and positive manner and also a willingness to challenge to enhance quality and presentation of input received from nominated discipline leads Strong organizational and planning skills, able to drive a team through the proposals process whilst maintaining the schedule in line with business priorities. Self-motivated, Energetic, persistent, should be able to work on his own initiative as an individual contributor, Effective communication skills particularly in the written English language, able to articulate clearly and concisely with impact and meaning. Capability to achieve tight deadlines, even if the situation changes. Travels, as required to our Yard (Gujarat ) and any other offices of Technip Energies in India or outside of India. Well aware about various standards/ specifications etc. In addition to Modular, experience, knowledge in various types of Heaters, Reformers will be preferred. If interested.
