Sr. Civil Engineer

Position: SR. Civil Site Engineer

Experience: 5 to 10 Years

Industry: Real Estate/ Construction

Location: Gandhinagar, Gujarat

Key Responsibilities:

Site Execution & Supervision

• Manage day-to-day site activities and ensure work progress as per project schedule.
• Execute and monitor all civil works including RCC, masonry, finishing, waterproofing, and external development.
• Review and interpret structural, architectural, and MEP drawings; ensure proper implementation on site.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors for smooth workflow.

Project Planning & Coordination

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly work plans and allocate tasks to site teams.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, consultants, and quality teams.
• Ensure timely availability of materials, resources, and manpower.

Quality Control & Compliance

• Conduct inspections for work quality, materials, and workmanship as per IS standards.
• Ensure compliance with construction specifications, safety norms, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and resolve technical issues on site in a timely manner.

Material & Resource Management

• Monitor material consumption, wastage control, and stock management at site.
• Verify material deliveries and maintain proper documentation.

Safety & Site Management

• Implement safety procedures and ensure safe working practices at site.
• Conduct toolbox talks and ensure proper use of PPE by all workers.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain daily site reports, measurement sheets, RA bills, and site records.
• Track project milestones and report progress to the management team.
• Assist in preparing BOQs, estimates, and work order evaluations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
