Position Overview

We are seeking a Sr. Business System Analyst (Salesforce) with strong experience in Salesforce administration, stakeholder management, and business requirements documentation. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working closely with cross-functional teams and possess a strong analytical mindset.

CPQ knowledge is preferred but candidates who are willing to learn CPQ within 1–2 months are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.

Support Salesforce administration tasks including configuration, user management, and system setup.

Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure smooth implementation of business solutions.

Assist in enhancement planning, impact analysis, and UAT coordination.

Learn and contribute to Salesforce CPQ-related processes (if not already experienced).

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of experience as a Business System Analyst or similar role.

Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Administration.

Good understanding of Salesforce CPQ or willingness to upskill quickly.

Experience in creating BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and process documentation.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong ability to interact with business stakeholders and translate requirements into actionable solutions.

Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.

Preferred Skills

Experience across global teams or multi-region projects.

Exposure to integrations, data flows, or enterprise system landscapes.
