Work closely with senior leadership, ensuring that Belonging is not siloed but integrated across HR and business units. Ensure that Belonging initiatives are embedded into employee experiences, while developing and delivering Belonging curriculum that drives progress at both a systemic and inter-personal level.
- Design implement strategic programs to effectively deliver on Belonging goals, short-term and long-term
- Partner on Managing Evolution of ERG Work: Partner to elevate the role of ERGs in improving team member sense of belonging and community, while supporting their strategy and alignment with broader Belonging and Enterprise strategy and goals.
- Bring alignment on interaction model between ERGs and other parts of the Belonging Ecosystem, and create governance in ERG processes driving outcomes
- Partner with relevant HR and non-HR partners (including but not limited to TA, EB, PB, Events, CRE etc) to influence systems practices that drive equitable opportunities inclusive experiences
- Offer Consultancy on Programs like Udaan, UpCurve, Ignite
- Leverage data and insights to inform Belonging strategy
- Act as a coach and trusted partner in helping leaders and HR teams build inclusion acumen through personal curiosity, immersive experiences and topical training. Plan, design and execute learning programs for TMs in collaboration with relevant interval / external partners
- Partner with HQ team as well as identify best in class industry practices to design and adapt culturally nuanced programs
- Partner with Employment Brand team / Communications team to create annual communications strategy in service of our employment brand internally and externally
Requirements:
- 8-12 years of strategy development and/or work in human resources with preferably 2-3 year specifically in the area of advancing diversity, building equity creating inclusion
- Strong problem-solving skills; can design, develop, and deliver innovative solutions
- Critical thinking; ability to leverage data and insights to influence and develop/track solutions
- Flexibility, resiliency and adaptability to perform varying duties depending on the shifting needs of the company, the strategy, and the work.
- Strong communication collaboration skills to partner with broad cross-functional teams; proven abilities to execute multiple tasks simultaneously with quality results
- Ability to Influence a broad group of stakeholders, partners and senior leaders - without direct authority
- High levels of initiative and accountability
