Sr. Business Development Manager

• We are looking for Senior Business Development Managers to lead our expansion across Delhi-NCR and Punjab. You will be the face of our fintech brand, responsible for driving the adoption of our cutting-edge POS (Point of Sale) terminals and integrated payment solutions among SME and Enterprise merchants.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Expansion: Identify and on board new merchants (Retail, Hospitality, Healthcare, etc.) to adopt our POS and digital payment ecosystems.
• Strategic Sales: Execute end-to-end sales cycles—from lead generation and cold calling to product demonstrations and final closure.
• Relationship Management: Maintain and scale relationships with key accounts to ensure high transaction volumes and long-term retention.
• Portfolio Growth: Analyze market trends in your specific region (Delhi/Punjab) to identify untapped sectors and competitor movements.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the installation and support teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for the merchant.

What We Are Looking For

• Local Expertise: Strong geographical knowledge and a pre-existing network of merchants in Delhi-NCR, Ludhiana, or Jallandhar.
• Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in POS Sales, Merchant Acquiring, or QR code sales within a reputable Fintech or Bank.
• Communication: Fluent in English and Hindi (Fluency in Punjabi is a significant advantage for Ludhiana/Jallandhar roles).
• Target-Driven: A proven track record of meeting and exceeding monthly sales KPIs.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable explaining technical payment features, MDR, and settlement cycles to business owners

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
