Job Summary

We are looking for passionate and motivated Business Development professionals to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in SaaS & Inside Sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to drive revenue growth through client acquisition and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the SaaS domain.
• Generate leads through inside sales, cold calling, and online research.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding business needs.
• Deliver impactful SaaS product presentations and demos.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, customer success) to ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain and update sales pipeline in CRM and provide regular forecasts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in SaaS & Inside Sales.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building ability.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales productivity platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
