Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced R&D Executive with a background in the agriculture or organic product sector. The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing agri-input products such as fertilizers, bio-products, and will be skilled in conducting lab trials, product testing, and field validations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and test innovative agri-input products
• Conduct lab trials, formulation, and field testing
• Work closely with farmers to collect real-time feedback
• Prepare and maintain research documentation and SOPs
• Handle R&D material procurement and vendor coordination
• Monitor market trends and competitor products

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agriculture, Biotechnology, or Environmental Science
• Proven experience in product formulation, lab trials, and field efficacy
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on lab experience
• Excellent documentation and reporting skills
• Proficient in MS Office and vendor coordination

Skills & Competencies

• Proactive and creative problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication skills (English preferred)
• Willingness to travel frequently
• Background in agri-input product R&D is an advantage
