Role & responsibilities

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in software sales, business development, or related roles, with a focus on ERP or software development services.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems and software development lifecycle.
  • Proven experience in managing and growing sales teams, with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence key decision-makers and close high-value deals.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team in a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  • A proactive, strategic thinker with a passion for driving results and business growth.

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to promote ERP systems and software development services.

  • Collaborate closely with the product, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies and client solutions.
