Role Description

We are seeking a highly analytical and creative Senior Business Development Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will focus on driving business for our wealth management services, building long-term associations, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

·      Consult customers on Mutual Funds, Stocks & Investing.

·      Acquire and onboard customers for Wealth Management Services.

·      Explain product details and resolve customer queries.

·      Develop trust & high engagement with customers to build long-term associations.

·      Specialized Training related to Mutual Funds & Stock Markets will be provided.

·      Plan and execute marketing campaigns, contests, and incentive programs.

·      Share market insights with marketing, sales & product teams to help improve product & increase client conversion rates.

Requirement

·      Sound knowledge of mutual funds, stock markets, and industry trends.

·      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·      Analytical mindset to interpret business data.

·      Working knowledge of MS-Office.

·      Ability to multitask, prioritize , and manage time effectively.

· Goal-oriented with strong sales acumen.

·      Background or Interest in Finance or Share Market is a huge plus.
