Sr Business Analyst

As a Senior Business Analyst at Momentive Software, you will be responsible for collaborating with customers to understand their business processes and demonstrate how the Nimble AMS application supports their needs. Your key responsibilities will include: - Completing base product configurations in Nimble AMS using Salesforces point-and-click tools. - Eliciting, analyzing, and documenting system enhancements in the form of business requirements, user stories, and process flows. - Advising customers on process enhancements to better align with the core functionality and best practices of the Nimble AMS product. - Providing end-to-end support to customers and internal teams throughout the project implementation lifecycle. - Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships by implementing effective communication strategies. - Working closely with project managers, developers, and solution architects to ensure accurate implementation of requirements. - Operating independently or collaboratively within a team to drive successful project delivery. - Communicating customer feedback and flagging any changes in project scope, budget, or timeline to the project manager. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field. - 5 to 8 years of proven experience working as a Business Analyst in a software development environment. - Hands-on experience and strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies and processes. - Solid understanding of the Salesforce.com platform and proficiency in Salesforce administrative tasks. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders. - Strong grasp of project management principles and practices. - Certifications such as Salesforce Admin Certified, Salesforce App Builder Certified, or any Business Analyst related certification are a plus. - Willingness to work in the US time shift.
