Job Description

Job summary

The Sr. Business Analyst will play a crucial role in optimizing procurement processes using Coupa solutions. With a hybrid work model the candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and drive strategic initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of Coupa Procure Coupa Pay and a commitment to delivering impactful business solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead the analysis and optimization of procurement processes using Coupa Procure and Coupa Pay solutions.
Oversee the implementation of Coupa systems to ensure seamless integration with existing business processes.
Provide strategic insights and recommendations to enhance procurement efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address business needs and challenges.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of business requirements and process flows.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align stakeholders on project objectives.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions to ensure they meet business goals.
Support the development of training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all procurement activities.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the functionality and usability of Coupa systems.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and provide regular project updates.
Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for Coupa-related issues.

Qualifications

Possess a strong understanding of Coupa Procure and Coupa Pay functionalities.
Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
Have a proven track record of successfully implementing procurement solutions.
Show proficiency in documenting business requirements and process flows.
Display the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Hold a bachelors degree in business information systems or a related field.
