The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, promoting our trading and investment products, and providing excellent customer service to help clients meet their financial goals. Key Responsibilities: Generate leads through cold calling, references, and networking. Onboard new clients and open demat/trading accounts. Educate prospective clients about the stock market, investment opportunities, and trading platforms. Sell stock broking services, mutual funds, SIPs, and other investment products. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction. Stay up-to-date with market trends, company offerings, and regulatory changes. Coordinate with the operations and research team for smooth client servicing. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field. Strong interest and basic understanding of the stock market and trading. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a team player. Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines. Certification in NISM (Series VII – Equity Derivatives) is an added advantage.
