We are seeking a Senior Brand Manager (Marketing) – Area Countries to join our Business Development function. In this role, you will be responsible for:
•Lead marketing efforts for area countries (Sri Lanka/Bangladesh/Nepal/Maldives)
•Manage complete integrated marketing for area countries – marketing calendar, brand strategy, communications, media (digital & TV), social media, PR, customer insights
•Construct & execute omnichannel comms calendar promoting taste, value & access for area countries
•Support product innovation from a marketing perspective, eg, concept-product testing
•Deepen franchise engagement by ensuring alignment & cascade of marketing plans
•Partner and build excellent working relations with Franchise partners to drive brand marketing and knowledge sharing in area countries
•Collaborate with the agency partners and internal teams to ensure execution on PR, Social, Digital, TV, LSM etc
•Plan and execute insight driven communication to meet the unique objective of each campaign while keeping brand distinctiveness and relevance at the forefront.
We are looking for someone with:
•Strong analytical and communication skills
•Excellent interpersonal & negotiation
•Team player & stakeholder management
•Excellent on follow-up and project management
•Ability to be an “action driver”
•Experience in franchise management and/or area countries is preferred
•Should be open to international travel
•8 to 12 years of work experience in marketing & new product development
•MBA in Marketing or Business Management (Tier I/ II business schools)
