Job Description

On a typical day you will:

Answering customer inquiries from different sources
Compiling a daily list of sales leads, Delegating leads to sales department. Providing sales data and guides to the sales department
Recording all sales details in an application
Creating and processing orders in a timely manner, processing requests for rush orders.
Reviewing orders and customer requests to ensure customer satisfaction
Mailbox management and clearing all email within 24 hrs
Generate Renewal letters from the system and submit the same to customers 2 months in advance
Negotiate and convince customers for renewal with a hike in price
Create revised proposals and send it to customer
Work with service team to rectify service-related issues and follow up until resolution
Regular follow up with customers for renewal acceptance and payments
Updating KYC details in system
Uploading PO s and acceptance documents in the system
Submit invoices to customers and follow up for payment
Ensure to receive the payment from customer and work with finance team to clear the transaction

What you will need to be successful:

A bachelor s or associate degree is must
3+ years of experience in inside sales or customer support (Voice)
Experience in administration, high volume office work is advantageous
Candidates should have call experience
Strong analytical, organizational & time management skills
Excellent teamwork, motivational, interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
Proficiency in English, Hindi, Kanada, Tamil, Telugu & Bengali languages
