Fundraising & Communications Executive

The Fundraising and Communication Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to raise funds and effectively communicate the NGOs mission and impact to various stakeholders. This role involves a blend of donor engagement, grant writing, campaign management, and content creation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fundraising:

    Research and identify potential individual donors, corporate partners, foundations, and grant opportunities.

    Assist in writing grant proposals, donor appeals, and fundraising reports.

  
  
  • 
    

    Support the organization and execution of fundraising events and campaigns.

    Maintain donor database and ensure timely acknowledgment of contributions.

  
  
  
  



• Communication:

  
  
  • 
    

    Develop compelling communication materials, including newsletters, website content, social media posts, and press releases.

  
  
  • 
    

    Manage and update the NGOs website and social media channels.

  
  
  • 
    

    Assist in building and maintaining relationships with media outlets and partners.

    Promote the NGOs programs and achievements to a wider audience.

    Contribute to the overall strategic planning of fundraising and communication efforts.

    Monitor and report on the effectiveness of fundraising and communication activities.

Qualifications:

• 
  

  Bachelors degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Nonprofit Management, or a related field.



• 
  

  1 years of experience in fundraising, communications, or a similar role, preferably within the NGO sector.



• 
  

  Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.



• 
  

  Proven ability to write compelling content for various platforms (grants, reports, social media).



• 
  

  Familiarity with fundraising databases and CRM software is a plus.



• 
  

  Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
