Job Description

Role & responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.

Sourcing & Talent Pipeline

Utilize job portals, social media, referrals, and networking to identify and attract top talent.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for recurring roles.

Stakeholder Management

Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand role requirements and deliver suitable candidates.
Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and market insights.

Process Excellence

Ensure compliance with organizational policies and hiring standards.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.

Market Intelligence
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and talent availability in the financial services/ consulting domain.

Preferred candidate profile

Immediate Joiners needed
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
4-8 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in financial services/ IT Services/ Consulting or non-IT domains.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
