The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, driving organizational effectiven ess, talent strategies, and cultural initiatives. This role requires a seasoned HR professional with deep expertise in employee relations, workforce planning, change management, and leadership development.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.Provide insights on workforce trends, talent gaps, and succession planning.
Talent Management: Drive performance management processes and leadership development programs.Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure hiring aligns with business needs.
Employee Engagement & Culture: Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.Design and implement engagement strategies to foster a positive work environment.
Change Management: Lead HR interventions during organizational changes, mergers, or restructuring.Support leaders in managing transitions effectively.
Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies across regions.Manage complex employee relations cases with sensitivity and confidentiality.
