Key Responsibilities

• ATL, BTL, PR, and Digital/Social Media campaigns

  : Execute end-to-end with agencies.

• POSM Design & Execution

  : Develop, adapt, and roll out POSM & visibility elements across Modern Trade, General Trade, and On-ground activations.

• Sales Tools

  : Create & manage sales decks, product sheets, trade collaterals, and any tools that empower the sales team.
• Liaise with creative, social media, and PR agencies—ensuring timely and top-notch delivery.
• Manage day-to-day brand operations, activations, and product campaigns.
• Track brand performance with

  basic Excel analytics

  and prepare

  impactful PowerPoint decks

  .
• Own project timelines, budgets, and ensure smooth coordination across stakeholders.
• Spot opportunities for visibility, engagement, and brand growth—then make it happen.

What We’re Looking For

• PDGM/ MBA /MMS graduate.
• 2–5 years of experience in

  Marketing / Branding / Advertising

  .
• Strong understanding of

  brand building & consumer connects

  .
• Exposure to

  POSM development and trade activations

  .
• Comfortable switching gears between

  planning and execution

  .
• All-rounder mindset—quick learner, problem solver, and executor.
• Solid communication skills (written + verbal).
• Working knowledge of

  Excel, PowerPoint, and digital tools

  .

Nice to Have

• Exposure to

  FMCG / Food & Beverage

  categories.
• Experience with

  on-ground activations / distributor & retailer engagement

  .
• Eye for design and creative detail.
