Job Description

Hi We are Hiring for ITES Company for B2B Collection Role . Job Description : Minimum 1 years of experience in international Voice/Webchat/email Process or B2B Collections. Understanding of all Collections KPIs & SLAs performance reports and tools and should be able to implement the same. Maintain positive relationship with customers by providing excellent services and achieving assigned goals. Oversight on the team and ensuring daily BAU. Manage day to day operations functions of team management and performance delivery. Good Follow up skills with customer for all collections activities. Handling disputes and resolution. Skills:- Good communication Skills, Written and Verbal. Efficient in presentations and Strong analytical and Excel skills, including v-lookups and pivot tables. Fair understanding on Quality tools and methodology. Attention to detail and ability to spot errors.
