Description

We are seeking a Sr Associate, Amazon Now to lead business expansion for Perishables category. S/he will be expected to identify brand gaps, drive negotiations and accelerate new brand onboarding on the platform for ARIPL. S/he will also be required to effectively manage pricing for the category by driving internal and external benchmark. S/he will act as a partner to brands ensuring smooth onboarding, supporting with business operations and drive mutual business growth.Key job responsibilities

Act as primary point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned vendorsConduct regular check-ins with vendors to understand their business needsProvide personalized guidance for vendor growth and successHelp vendors understand and leverage best practicesSeller DevelopmentGuide brands through platform onboarding and familiarizationShare industry insights and growth opportunitiesProvide recommendations for business optimizationHelp brands understand their potential in different categoriesDrive pricing promotions for brands to support growthQuery ResolutionOffer proactive support to address vendor concernsProvide solutions to help vendors overcome business challengesConnect vendors with relevant resources and toolsBuild long-term relationships through consistent supportShare best practices for product listing and presentation

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceExperience in customer/vendor support or related fieldStrong communication and relationship-building skillsEnthusiasm for helping businesses growBasic understanding of e-commerce operations
