You will be responsible for driving the business in the assigned territory in Chennai, focusing on Secondary and Tertiary sales by ensuring the right mix of category and channel. Your key responsibilities will include: - Driving numeric & weighted distribution to achieve sales targets. - Managing channel schemes and settlements effectively. - Implementing and overseeing the Visibility program in the market, ensuring in-shop displays and conducting below-the-line (BTL) activities. - Providing market intelligence on pricing, schemes, new product launches, etc. - Ensuring adherence to the Permanent Journey Plan (PJP) for Trade & Modern Retail. - Acting as a product trainer for distributor and retailer sales staff. - Managing, coaching, and developing the team of Long Arm salespersons. - Implementing and monitoring all digital initiatives such as DMS & SFA for efficient operations.
