Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:- Lead the design process from concept through installation. Develop furniture and interior solutions aligned with brand, client brief and manufacturing feasibility. Create layouts, drawings, material/finish palettes, and FF&E (furniture, fixtures & equipment) schedules. Coordinate with consultants, vendors, production/manufacturing and site teams for delivery. Manage project budget, timeline, procurement and quality control. Mentor and guide junior designers and ensure documentation standards. Maintain current awareness of design/furniture trends, materials and sustainability practices. Maintain client relationships, present to clients and support business development where needed. Qualifications & Experience:- Bachelor’s/Masters degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture / Interior Design or a related field. Above 2 years of professional experience combining architecture, interior design and furniture/FF&E product design. Strong portfolio showing architecture/interior projects AND furniture/fit-out/interior-furniture integration. Proficiency in software tools: AutoCAD, SketchUp or equivalent, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), 3D & 2D modelling. Experience in Hotels & Hospitals designs fit-outs with significant furniture component.
