Sr. Architect Engineer- Cisco collaboration

As a Collaboration Network Architect at Konverge Technologies Pvt Ltd., you will be responsible for designing, documenting, implementing, and supporting enterprise-level collaboration and communication solutions. Your role will involve working with network and collaboration technologies to deliver expert consulting services, deployment support, and technical documentation. You will be expected to design and architect collaboration solutions based on business and technical requirements. This includes creating detailed documentation such as High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), Network Implementation Plans (NIP), and operational guides. Your responsibilities will also include leading the implementation and deployment of collaboration/network solutions, providing technical consulting services to customers, and performing system integration and configuration for various collaboration platforms. In addition, you will be involved in troubleshooting complex network and collaboration issues, conducting root cause analysis, and delivering knowledge transfer and training to customers and internal teams. It will be essential to ensure that the solutions you design meet security, performance, and compliance standards. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or a related field and have at least 6 years of experience in network engineering and architecture, with a focus on Cisco collaboration technology. You must have proven expertise in collaboration technologies such as Cisco Collaboration Suite (CUCM, CUC, Expressway), Microsoft Teams, SIP, VoIP, and SBCs. Keeping abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends in collaboration and networking will be crucial to your success in this position.,
