Job Description

As a Salesforce Administrator at our company, you will play a crucial role in managing and supporting the Salesforce instance to ensure optimal performance and alignment with business objectives. Your key responsibilities will include: - Salesforce Administration: Customize objects, fields, layouts, workflows, and approval rules to enhance system functionality. - User Management: Create and manage user accounts, profiles, roles, and permissions to ensure data security. - Data Management: Maintain data integrity through cleansing strategies, validation rules, and regular audits. - Customization & Configuration: Adapt Salesforce to unique workflows by creating custom fields, objects, and interfaces. - Workflows & Automation: Design and implement automation to reduce manual tasks and increase efficiency. - Reporting & Analytics: Build custom reports and dashboards for valuable business insights. - Training & Support: Provide training and ongoing support to drive user adoption. - System Upgrades & Maintenance: Ensure optimal performance through upgrades and updates. - Integration Management: Manage data integrations with third-party software. - Project Management: Lead and manage Salesforce projects from inception to completion. - Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to define project scope and priorities. To qualify for this role, you should have: - Salesforce Administrator Certification or 5+ years of experience in Salesforce administration. - Advanced experience in Salesforce report creation and analytics. - Proficiency in designing, building, and testing Salesforce Flows. - Familiarity with Salesforce best practices and implementation. - Experience with Salesforce Sales, Service, Marketing, or CPQ Clouds. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Excellent communication skills. - Experience in managing Salesforce projects. - Passion for continuous learning and improvement. Preferred qualifications include additional certifications like Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant, active participation in the Salesforce community, and experience in change management and governance.,
