You will be working as an Associate Program Manager (APM) IT Sales at TSL Consulting Pvt. Ltd, a B2B strategic marketing company specializing in supporting companies with strategic marketing planning and execution, particularly in the technology industry. With over 10 years of experience, the company has established marketing partnerships with global technology leaders in India. They offer marketing and sales consulting services to organizations of all sizes, both in IT and non-IT domains, tailored to deliver value to their businesses. Their services include outbound marketing, inbound marketing, channel marketing, and whitepaper syndication. In this full-time on-site role based in Pune, as an APM IT Sales, your primary responsibility will be managing and executing sales strategies within the IT industry. This will involve tasks such as lead generation, client relationship management, and driving revenue growth. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to create and deliver customized solutions that meet client requirements will be a key part of your role. Keeping abreast of industry trends and the competitive landscape to identify business opportunities and provide valuable insights to clients will also be crucial. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience in IT sales or a similar position, a deep understanding of the IT industry and market trends, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to establish and nurture client relationships, strong negotiation and closing abilities, self-motivation and target-driven mindset, good organizational and time management skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, a Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field, and experience in managing a team of at least 15 individuals.
